Kai Hirsch

Kai Hirsch is an experienced professional in the fields of engineering and management, currently serving as Bereichsleiter Technik at Sprint Sanierung GmbH since May 2023. Previously at Unger Germany GmbH from June 2008 to April 2023, Kai held roles including Senior Leadership Team Member and Director, where contributions included expanding market leadership in water purification systems and developing the world’s first refillable water treatment system. As European R&D Manager, Kai was instrumental in launching the ErgoTec Ninja products, regaining market position in the window segment. Prior experience also includes leading a team as Head of Engineering at Leidel & Kracht Schaumstofftechnik GmbH. Kai holds a Diplom-Ingenieur in Bauingenieurwesen from the University of Applied Sciences Bremen and a Zimmermann degree from Flügger GmbH.
