Kathryn McCartney

Kathryn McCartney is an experienced professional in senior care and social programming, currently serving as the Oasis Onsite Coordinator at Queen's University since October 2022, where programs are developed to support independent seniors. McCartney has extensive experience with SPRINT Senior Care, holding the position of Meals on Wheels Weekend Coordinator since June 2011, and previously worked as a Relief Activationist. Additional roles include Residential Aide at Carveth Care Centre, Case Coordinator for the SMILE program at VON Canada, and various positions at North York Seniors Centre, including Adult Day Program Supervisor and Client Services Intake Worker. Early career experience includes serving as a Placement Student with LOFT. McCartney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Greek and Roman Studies from Carleton University and completed studies at Seneca Polytechnic from 2010 to 2012.
