Sharmane Stokes

Sharmane Stokes has over 15 years of professional experience in the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition field. Sharmane began their career in 2007 as a Senior Recruiter at Princess Cruises, where they managed the end-to-end talent acquisition process, supervised a global network of recruitment vendors, and coordinated employee onboarding and pre-employment procedures. Sharmane also held additional roles as an Access Compliance Specialist, Dietary Coordinator, and Reservations Support Agent. In 2017, Sharmane was promoted to Recruitment Supervisor at Remote Medical International, where they oversaw a team of 5 direct reports responsible for a wide array of talent acquisition, employee relations, training, and onboarding responsibilities. Sharmane managed day-to-day talent acquisition efforts, performed strategic workforce planning activities, and participated in cross-functional kick-off meetings. Sharmane is currently employed as a Clinical Recruiter at Sprinter Health since 2022.

Sharmane Stokes received their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from California State University, Northridge in 2013. Sharmane then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Legal Studies with an HR emphasis at Arizona State University, which they completed in 2018.
