Ashley Heil

Ashley Heil is the co-founder of Badger State Farms LLC, where they lead educational activities to help communities understand food origins and promote sustainability. Currently overseeing growth initiatives at Sprinter, Ashley has also held key roles in project management and marketing at TDS Telecommunications LLC and Verizon Wireless. With an International MBA in Entrepreneurship and a Bachelors in Agricultural Marketing Communications, Ashley combines their extensive background in sales, marketing, and agricultural education to foster community development through various initiatives, including virtual networking and support programs.
