Sarai Milián Hernández

Sarai Milián Hernández currently serves as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Executive and Talent Acquisition Executive at SPRINTER since October 2020. Previous experience includes roles as Regional Training Manager and Store Manager at JD Sports Fashion Sdn Bhd from March 2017 to October 2020, where Sarai managed store operations and employee development, and Department Manager at H&M from January 2016 to February 2017, leading sales teams and improving customer service. Earlier experience includes serving as a Supervisor at Primark Tiendas SLU from November 2011 to January 2016. Sarai holds a Licenciatura en ADE from Universitat Jaume I, a Máster in Internationalization from the University of Valencia, and multiple digital certificates from The Valley Business & Tech School, along with pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Management at Tago Estudios.
