Nataliia Iashchuk

Nataliia Iashchuk has extensive experience in project management, software testing, and quality assurance within the IT industry. With a strong background in Agile methodology, Nataliia has led teams of engineers ranging in size from 3 to 30 at companies such as Sprinterra, DIO-soft, and GlobalLogic. Nataliia has a Master's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from National Aviation University and has held various roles such as Program/Project Manager, Test Engineer, Account Manager, and Chief Delivery Officer. Nataliia's responsibilities have included managing project execution processes, stakeholder expectations, team allocation, budget control, and more. Furthermore, Nataliia has also been involved in training activities, mentoring, and launching new offices from scratch.
