Janina Kurki

Janina Kurki currently serves as People Lead and a member of the Executive Team at SprintIT, where responsibilities encompass the entire HR lifecycle and strategic planning, alongside coaching colleagues on people-related matters. Prior to SprintIT, Janina held several roles at Sievo, including Head of Nerd Attraction & People Development Partner, focusing on recruitment, talent management, and employer branding initiatives. Janina's extensive experience in HR and recruitment spans various organizations, with earlier positions as a Recruitment Consultant for the City of Helsinki and an HR Specialist at Aditro and Staffpoint Oy. Janina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources & Leadership from Helia and a certification as a Business Coach from BCI Business Coaching Institute.
