Girish Redekar

Girish Redekar has a long history of work experience, beginning in 2003 as a Research Assistant at CWI. In 2005, they became an Associate at ZS Associates, and in 2006, they moved to HSBC Card Services as an Assistant Manager. Girish then began to focus on creating various products as a Co-Founder in 2008. In 2010, they Co-Founded Recruiterbox, which was eventually acquired and had 2500+ customers, 50+ employees, and was profitable throughout its journey. Most recently, in 2020, they Co-Founded Sprinto, which replaces the slow, laborious, and error-prone way of obtaining security compliances with a swift, hassle-free, and tech-enabled experience.

Girish Redekar obtained a B.Tech and M. Tech in Electrical Engineering, Communication Systems, and Operations Research from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras between 2000 and 2005.
