Piyusha Pancharia is an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sprinto since April 2024, following a tenure as a Talent Partner at CRED from October 2021 to April 2024, where significant contributions were made to build diverse teams in design, product analytics, and finance, alongside scaling efforts for Newtap, CRED's NBFC.
