Sahil Lahoria

Sahil Lahoria has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Sahil started their career as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited in 2017, where they gained hands-on experience in maintenance procedures. In 2019, Sahil worked as a Mechanical Intern at Rail Coach Factory, where they trained in welding techniques and maintained a tidy work environment. The same year, they also worked as a Marketing Associate at LIDO, contributing to brainstorming sessions and providing market insights. Sahil then took on a role as a Mechanical and Industrial Trainee Intern at ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India in 2021, focusing on ISO and IATF requirements and implementing Lean Six Sigma techniques for cycle time reduction. In 2021, Sahil joined LikeMinds as an Associate Product Manager, excelling in generating reports, aligning features and bugs across platforms, and driving successful projects. Sahil was instrumental in optimizing organic reach and achieving a 7% increase in user renewal rates. Currently, Sahil is an Associate Product Manager at Sprinto, starting in 2022.

Sahil Lahoria attended Pandit Deendayal Energy University from 2015 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Sahil also obtained several certifications. In January 2021, they completed a certification in Soft Skills from NPTEL. In November 2020, they obtained certifications in AI For Everyone from deeplearning.ai, Data Analytics for Lean Six Sigma from the University of Amsterdam, and Project Management Principles and Practices Specialization, Fundamentals of Project Planning and Management, Project Management & Other Tools for Career Development Specialization, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Six Sigma Yellow Belt, all from Coursera. In February 2018, Sahil earned a certification in Essentials For NX Designers from Siemens PDPU. Sahil also obtained certifications in Quadrotor and RC aircraft from Skyfi Labs in July 2016 and Autocad from Admec Multimedia Institute in June 2016.
