Mai Metawie has extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving as an Outstaffing Manager at Sprints since June 2023, where responsibilities include supporting client recruitment cycles and providing legal and administrative services. Prior to this role, Mai worked at Integrant, Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Manager, and held prominent positions at BasharSoft as Head of Customer Success for WUZZUF and Forasna, as well as at WUZZUF in various capacities including Head of Customer Operations and Recruitment Operations Supervisor. Mai's foundational experience began as a Recruiter at NetOne International. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science and a high school diploma with a specialization in Mathematics from Saint Fatima Language School.
