Imran Syed

Imran Syed began their work experience in 2006 as a Sales Executive at Buzzworks Business Services. Imran then moved on to become a Learning Development Manager at Aditya Birla Minacs in 2007, where they helped project managers and delivery managers learn new approaches to project delivery. In 2009, Imran joined Accenture as a Team Supervisor, where they focused on improving customer satisfaction and helping customer service managers improve sales and delivery. In 2012, they founded IAL Learning and served as the CEO until 2014. During this time, they developed and implemented customer experience solutions for organizations. In 2015, Imran became a co-founder of GoShamoy, and in 2016, they became the CEO at Sprintzeal. Their role at Sprintzeal involves representing good practices, engaging with organizations, developing customer experience solutions, and training on team handling and sales increasing. Imran is also a speaker at conferences and events on customer experience.

Imran Syed pursued their education in the field of computer engineering from 2005 to 2008 at Bangalore University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Computer Application degree. Imran then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Marketing from Karnataka State Open University from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their academic achievements, Imran Syed has also obtained additional certifications. In 2015, they received the "Business Excellence Certificate 2014-2015" from KSMBOA - The SME Power. Later, in 2018, they were awarded the "Education Leadership Award" from Star Media Group Berhad.
