Mihir Panchmatia

Mihir Panchmatia has a diverse work experience in various companies. Mihir started their career in 2006 as an Assistant Company Secretary at Kabir Cotton Company (India) Private Limited. Mihir later joined IL&FS Transportation as an Assistant Manager & Company Secretary, where they handled corporate laws and FEMA compliance, as well as participated in Initial Public Offerings. In 2011, Mihir worked at Shubhalakshmi Polyesters Ltd as a Deputy Company Secretary and then moved on to E-Land Apparel Limited as an Assistant Vice President - Company Secretary & Legal. Mihir joined Essel Infra & Utilities in 2012 as an Assistant General Manager - CS & Legal, where they held various responsibilities until 2018. Currently, Mihir is working at Sprng Energy as the Head - Company Secretary.

Mihir Panchmatia has a diverse education history. Mihir started their education at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India from 2004 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in CS with a focus on Company Law and Legal studies. Following this, from 2006 to 2009, they attended DDKM Law College, where they earned their L.L.B degree and continued their studies in the legal field. Lastly, from 2009 to 2012, Mihir enrolled in Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management with a specialization in Finance and Financial Management Services.
