Jo Graylock has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Currently serving as the Chief Creative Officer at Sprocket Games since 2022, Jo previously held various roles at Riot Games including Design Director, Senior Game Design Manager, Senior Game Designer, and Game Designer from 2014 to 2022. Prior to Riot Games, Jo worked at Obsidian Entertainment as a Lead Combat Designer, Lead Encounter Designer, Cinematic Designer, and Production Tester from 2005 to 2014. Jo also has experience as a Jiu Jitsu Head Instructor at UCI Campus Recreation from 2004 to 2014. Additionally, Jo worked as a QA Tester at Atlus U.S.A., Inc. in 2005 and THQ in 2002.
