John Ciampaglia

John Ciampaglia is the current Senior MD and CEO of Sprott Asset Management. Prior to this, they were with Invesco Canada for ten years, where they served as Senior Vice President of Product Development. In this role, they were responsible for developing product strategy across mutual funds, ETFs, institutional pools, and structured products. John also worked with Invesco's sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop and execute high-impact product launches. Ciampaglia was also a member of the Executive team responsible for the management of Invesco's Canadian business unit.

Prior to their time with Invesco, Ciampaglia worked as a Senior Analyst with TD Asset Management for five years. In this role, they were responsible for product management, manager due diligence, and monitoring. John also served as a liaison between TD's sales and marketing teams and their internal investment team and external sub-advisors, including T. Rowe Price, Morgan Stanley, Perpetual, Schroders, and Credit Suisse.

John Ciampaglia is a Chartered Financial Analyst who holds a BA in Economics from York University. John is also a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute and has certification from the Canadian Securities Institute in Canadian Investment Manager, Canadian Securities Course, and Conduct & Practice Handbook.
