Mehdi Khajeh, CFA, Ph.D., P.Eng., is a seasoned professional in the energy sector, currently serving as the Energy Transition Strategy and Implementation Advisor and Senior Petroleum Engineer at Sproule since September 2023. In this role, Mehdi plays a key part in providing strategic and technical advisory for a significant $1 billion Carbon Capture and Sequestration (CCS) project, focusing on the financing commitment with Strathcona Resources Ltd for Canada Growth Fund Inc. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Reservoir Engineer at Suncor Energy, along with roles at Cenovus Energy, where Mehdi advanced from Reservoir Engineer to Senior Reservoir Engineer.
