Cary Smith

Cary Smith is an experienced executive with a strong background in finance and operations, currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Sprout AI Studio since July 2024, a venture-building studio dedicated to developing technology that enhances human connections through 'Relational AI.' Prior to this role, Cary held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Board Member at CloudFactory from July 2013 to June 2024. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at Northland International University from August 2006 to June 2013 and at JBoss, Inc., an open-source software company acquired by Red Hat, Inc. in June 2006, from February 2004 to July 2006.
