Tom Batstone

Tom Batstone has worked in various roles within the tech and recruitment industries since 2015. Starting at George & Dragon, Thames Ditton as an Assistant Manager in 2015, they then moved to Franklin Fitch as a Tech Recruiter for Infrastructure & DevOps in 2016. In 2018, they joined Runpath as an Internal Recruiter and in 2019 they became Talent Acquisition at OakNorth. In 2020, they took on the role of Talent Lead and Talent Acquisition Manager at Sprout.ai, a company that provides insurance companies with a plug-in SaaS solution to simultaneously improve and scale fraud detection as well as automate claims processes.

Tom Batstone attended Tiffin Boys' School from 2005 to 2012, where they completed their high school education. Tom then went on to Durham University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Theirtory from 2012 to 2015.
