Derral VanLoon

Derral VanLoon has a strong background in IT and facilities management. Derral has worked as an IT/Facilities Manager at multiple companies, including Sprout Pharmaceuticals, Inc., The Pink Ceiling, and Slate Pharmaceuticals, Inc. In these roles, they were responsible for managing the daily operations of the facilities, including IT systems, security, maintenance, and supply ordering. Derral has experience maintaining a variety of IT systems, such as Google and Microsoft cloud accounts, PCs/Macs, iPads/iPhones, printers, and phones. Derral has also customized CRM systems and databases to meet organizational needs. Additionally, they have experience coordinating projects and support with vendors. Prior to their managerial roles, Derral worked as an Owner/Consultant at Wolf Tech Solutions, LLC, where they evaluated organizational needs and recommended solutions, as well as installed and maintained server systems. Derral also worked at Konover Property Trust as a Web Services Manager / Systems Specialist, where they developed and maintained the company's Intranet site and managed Windows NT and IIS servers. Before that, they worked at IBM as a PC HelpCenter - Tech Info Mgmt / Sr Product Specialist, where they managed consumer and mobile brand file libraries and answered customer questions regarding files and libraries.

Derral VanLoon began their education in 1981 at Ludington High School, where they completed their high school education. After graduating high school in 1985, they went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Michigan Technological University. Derral attended Michigan Technological University from 1985 to 1991, completing their undergraduate studies in business administration.
