Jac Mattioli

Jac Mattioli has extensive work experience in the field of product design.

- From November 2021, they have been working as a Staff Product Designer for Sproutfi, a startup company where they are part of the founding team.

- Prior to joining Sproutfi, from November 2020 to November 2021, Jac worked as a Staff Product Designer at Nubank. In this role, they were responsible for various tasks related to product design and worked closely with the Acquisition and Growth team to enhance MGM and conversion rates. Additionally, Jac took the lead in implementing guidelines and best practices to improve accessibility within Nubank's product development process.

- Before Nubank, from September 2019 to November 2020, Jac held the position of Senior Product Designer at the same company. During this time, they contributed to projects focusing on Acquisition and Growth, while also championing initiatives related to accessibility within the organization.

- Jac's professional journey began at R/GA, where they worked as an Experience Designer from May 2013 to February 2018.

Jac Mattioli obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Product Design from Centro Universitário Belas Artes de São Paulo. This education was completed between 2011 and 2014.
