Mona Shah

Mona Shah is the CEO and co-founder of Sproutlogix. Mona has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, including senior executive positions at Vonage and Datek Online Holdings Corp.

At Vonage, Shah served as Senior Vice President, leading a consulting project to develop the strategy and vision for scaling operations. Mona identified and built working partnerships with key financial and operational partners, and developed operational plans for scale and management of partnerships to ensure the successful delivery of these plans.

At Datek Online Holdings Corp., Shah was Vice President of Systems Operations, responsible for building two departments from the ground up. Mona staffed, trained, developed and led a team of 4 levels of employees including Console Operators, Project/Product Developers, System Engineers and System Analysts. Shah spearheaded the transition of the group to a highly functional, streamlined, client-oriented team by introducing processes and business solutions that dramatically improved efficiency, decreased expenses and optimized employee performance.

During their time at Datek Online Holdings Corp., Shah was also Chair of the Y2K Testing and Implementation Team, Workflow Committee, and Data Integrity Board. Mona wrote and presented over 50 training seminars and discussions on topics such as Datek's Proprietary Systems, Equity Trading practices, FoxPro and SQL (including querying, report-writing, DBMS, SQL Server 7), Emergency Operations and trouble shooting. Shah also served as the technical lead for regulatory/legal/compliance issues and for Internal/External Audits.

Mona Shah has a Master of Science in Sustainability Management from Columbia University in the City of New York, and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from New York University.
