Kaitlyn Kuehn is an experienced professional in education and outreach, with a focus on gardening, nutrition, and vocational training for underserved communities. Currently serving as the Sprouts Chef Training Coordinator, Kaitlyn coaches youth in chef internships. Previous roles include Garden Teacher at Earth Island Institute, where curriculum development focused on natural sciences and nutrition for TK-6th grades, and Contributing Writer for Sunflower Hill Farm, creating content about accessible gardening and cooking activities. Kaitlyn also has experience in program development at the Children’s Discovery Museum of San Jose, teaching classes with FoodCorps, and outreach coordination in sustainability with Strategic Energy Innovations. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature/Letters and Environmental Studies from Santa Clara University.
