Danielle Rousakis

Danielle Rousakis, CPP, PHR, is an experienced payroll professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Payroll at Sprout Social, Inc., where roles have included Manager and Payroll Specialist since March 2020. Prior to this, Danielle worked as a Global Payroll Specialist at DRW and held multiple positions at Relativity, including Analyst, Payroll, and Senior HR Associate, contributing to the company's e-discovery software solutions. Danielle's earlier experience includes roles as HR Generalist/Senior Accountant at Promont Advisors, LLC, and Location Director at the Illinois Girls Lacrosse Association. In addition to a background in payroll and HR, Danielle has coaching experience as a JV Lacrosse Coach at Fenwick High School from 2013 to 2020. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Classics from Augustana College.
