Meg Rappeport, aPHR, currently serves as a People Operations Specialist at Sprout Social, Inc. since May 2022, having previously held the position of People Operations Coordinator. Prior experience includes roles at NAMI Chicago as People Experience Manager and Human Resources Assistant, and at SoulCycle Inc. as Studio Manager, where responsibilities encompassed staff development, HRIS management, and operational oversight. Additional experience includes work as an Event Coordinator at Cyc Fitness and a Special Events Intern at both Madison Children's Museum and Jewish Family Service.
