Lauren Garza

Lauren Garza is an experienced funding manager currently at Spruce since December 2021, where responsibilities include managing a team of post-closing funders to ensure timely funding and compliance with regulations. Prior to this role, Lauren spent over five years at Amrock, holding multiple positions, including Purchase Escrow Team Leader for three teams, where leadership was provided to a total of 13 team members, and Exec. Purchase Escrow Disburser, ensuring funding for various lenders across all states. Additional roles at Amrock included Channel Captain, driving improvements in efficiency and quality for refinance escrow post-closing teams, as well as Refi Escrow Auditor, responsible for auditing closing packages and facilitating funding documentation. Lauren is also escrow licensed in Texas and possesses expertise in Texas rules and regulations.
