Shiva Ranga has six years of work experience in the field of Information Technology. Shiva began their career in 2015 as a Technical Recruiter for Ambrosia, where they were responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting process and sourcing candidates for various positions. In 2016, they joined Spruce InfoTech Inc. as a Team Lead and Senior Technical Recruiter, providing services to different companies from small scale level to fortune 500 organizations. In 2022, they began working as a Senior Technical Delivery Lead for Aavalar Consulting, Inc.

Shiva Ranga completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computers from Periyar University between 2012 and 2015.
