Jonathan Norling

Jonathan Norling serves as the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at Spruce Power, a role held since August 2018, where legal affairs are managed, and strategic counsel is provided to the executive team and board. Norling is also a Director at Continuum Foundation, focused on developing sustainable camps and promoting environmental justice since January 2021. As an Adjunct Professor of Law at Lewis & Clark Law School, educational topics include Climate Change and Renewable Energy Law. Previous legal roles include Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel at GridShare, Attorney at both Emerge Law Group and Cleantech Law Partners, and VP and General Counsel at Renewable Energy Trust Capital, Inc.
