Hannah is responsible for supporting the Chief Compliance Officer, including fund administration, regulatory compliance, and administering the firm’s compliance program. Hannah has over 8 years of regulatory compliance experience. Prior to joining Spruceview, she was a Compliance Specialist at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP where she addressed and assessed regulatory compliance matters faced by investment advisers, mutual funds, privately offered funds, and other regulated entities. She began her career in the legal and compliance department at Halcyon Asset Management LLC in New York, New York.
