Joe Damanti

Joe is responsible for accounting, financial and administrative duties.

​Prior to joining Spruceview, Joe was a Property Accountant at Echelon Property Group. His prior experience includes private-equity fund accounting at Wasserstein & Co., a boutique investment bank.

Joe holds a B.S. in Accounting from SUNY at Albany.
