Andre Karjoth

Andre Karjoth has extensive experience in the legal field, with a focus on governance, risk and compliance. Andre is currently the Group General Counsel, VP Legal & Governance, Risk and Compliance at Spryker. Andre previously held the role of Group General Counsel at Spryker and Director Legal/Leiter Rechtsabteilung at the same company. Prior to joining Spryker, Andre founded their own investment and consulting firm called Andre Karjoth Invest & Consulting. Andre also worked as a Legal Counsel at LemonSwan and Head Of Legal at LOVOO. At Parship Group, Andre served as the Leiter der Rechtsabteilung from 2009 to 2016.
