Christian von Schassen

Christian von Schassen is a highly experienced professional in partner success and customer management, currently serving as Senior Director of Partner Success Management at Spryker since July 2017. In this role, Christian has successfully established a new function and team dedicated to enabling global System Integrators, fostering shared customer success. Previous positions at Spryker include Director of Customer Success Management, where Christian led post-sale initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce churn, and Director of Enabling Services, shaping professional services offerings. Prior to Spryker, Christian held leadership roles at diconium digital solutions GmbH, IBM iX DACH, and various consulting positions with a focus on e-commerce and IT solutions. Christian also co-hosts the Kopfbaukasten Podcast, discussing work, methodologies, and personal values. Christian holds a Diplom-Medieninformatiker degree from Hochschule Harz.
