Michael Woodvine

Michael Woodvine has a diverse work experience across various companies. Michael started their career at Commerzbank AG as a Student Trainee from October 2008 to September 2011. Michael then joined Deutsche Bank AG as a Regional Management Intern in June 2012 for a period of two months. Michael continued to work at Deutsche Bank AG in their Group Structuring division from October 2013 to December 2017. In 2018, they joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Consultant and later became a Project Leader from January 2018 to October 2020. Michael'smost recent role was at Spryker, where they held positions such as Head of Strategic Projects and M&A from October 2020 to October 2021, Director of Corporate Development from October 2021 to September 2022, and VP of Corporate Strategy & Analytics from September 2022 to September 2023. Currently, Michael is serving as SVP of Strategy & Operations at Spryker starting from September 2023.

Michael Woodvine earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Banking and Finance from the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in 2011. Michael then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Finance at the University of Mannheim from 2011 to 2013. Michael also holds a Master's degree in Finance and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Michael has obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder certification from the CFA Institute. Michael has additional education in ILF-Sommerlehrgang 2015 Bank- und Kapitalmarktrecht from the Institute for Law and Finance (Goethe University Frankfurt). Michael has completed a Bankkaufmann program at IHK München.
