Jorge Basante

Jorge Basante is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in the technology and utilities sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Product Owner at SpryPoint since May 2023, Jorge previously held the position of Senior Product Manager at Avertra Corp, where responsibilities included market research, product vision development, and strategic roadmap creation. Jorge also contributed as a Senior Product Manager at Globant, focusing on impactful product development for the RAIDER Construction Project. Additionally, Jorge spent over 15 years at Open International in various roles including Product Development Manager and Lead Business Analyst, applying agile methodologies to meet client needs. Jorge holds an MBA from Westfield Business School and has completed project management training at Universidad ICESI, along with a degree in Computer and Systems Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
