Ali Pendergrass

Ali Pendergrass has extensive experience in sales training and dance coaching, serving as Director of Sales Training at SPS Commerce since August 2012, with a progression of roles from Sales Trainer to Senior Account Executive. Concurrently, Ali holds the position of Winter JV Dance Coach at Spring Lake Park Schools from July 2023 and previously coached various dance teams at Spring Lake Park Schools and Cretin-Derham Hall. Additional coaching roles include Fall Dance Team Coach at South St. Paul Public Schools and Dance Team Coach at the College of Saint Benedict. Ali's earlier career included positions at Life Time Inc. and as a Dance Instructor at multiple institutions. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Management from the College of St. Benedict | St. John's University, supplemented by studies at University of College Cork.
