Kaitlyn Stavreff

Kaitlyn Stavreff possesses extensive experience in sales training and marketing, having served as a Sales Training Analyst at SPS Commerce and 3M, where responsibilities included training evaluation and analysis, as well as sales enablement. Prior roles at 3M included Inside Sales Development Leader and Inside Sales Representative. At Arc'teryx Equipment, Kaitlyn worked as a Marketing Leader focused on community marketing and social media, in addition to serving as a Visual Merchandiser. Previous experience also includes holding positions as Program Director and Music Director at Refuge Media Group. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Minnesota Duluth and has completed training at Sandler from November 2021 to April 2023.
