Gordy Flam

Gordy Flam is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in development and engineering management across multiple companies. Currently serving as Senior Development Manager for the Web Applications Team at SPS Commerce since May 2019, Gordy previously held similar roles at Veritas Technologies LLC and Symantec, where responsibilities included coaching multiple scrum teams and overseeing product development initiatives. Prior experience includes significant leadership positions at Brocade and McDATA, where Gordy directed engineering teams and oversaw the integration of innovative products. Early career experience at Computer Network Technology involved multiple roles from Software Engineer to Engineering Director, achieving significant cost reductions and developing industry-first solutions. Gordy holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor's degree in Math and Computer Science from St. Cloud State University.
