Jim Earp

Jim Earp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and operations, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations & Intelligence at SPS Commerce since March 2021. Prior to this, Jim held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Patterson Companies, Inc., where leadership of a talent acquisition team supported a value-added distributor in the dental and animal health markets. Jim's career began at G&K Services, where roles included Talent Acquisition Manager and various leadership positions, achieving significant improvements in hiring processes and quality of hire. Jim's experience also includes account management in technical staffing solutions at Techstaff, and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa.
