Joe Stevens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and implementation management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Success at SPS Commerce since July 2022, Joe also contributes to the Auto Care Association as a Committee Member and Pillar Lead for the Technology Standard Committee, focusing on data standards and innovation. Joe's previous roles include Vice President of Client Services, Director of Implementation, and various managerial positions at GCommerce Inc., where extensive expertise in EDI integration and SalesForce was developed. With a strong background in software implementation and customer relations across multiple industries, Joe has also held positions at Etail Solutions, FS3, Inc., Pivotal Systems, Activant, and Werner Electric Supply. Joe holds a B.A. in English from Grinnell College and has a diverse educational background from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
