Monica Greenwood is a seasoned professional in the field of EDI and solution strategy, currently serving as a Solution Strategist at SPS Commerce since August 2023. Prior to this role, Monica worked as a Senior Consultant at Intertrade, which has since become part of SPS Commerce, from October 2022 to August 2023. Monica's extensive experience includes a decade at mdf commerce as an EDI Implementation Specialist and Technical/Customer Support from July 2012 to October 2022, as well as a leadership role as Team Lead/EDI Analyst at EDI Gateway from November 1998 to July 2012.
