Sarah Boggs has over two decades of experience in customer success and account management, primarily in the retail sector. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at SPS Commerce since September 2010, Sarah has held several roles within the company, including Strategic Account Executive for both Retail Enterprise and Retail SMB, as well as Account Executive for Mid Market Retail Sales. Prior to joining SPS Commerce, Sarah worked at POPP.com from November 2003 to September 2010, where roles included Customer Success Department Manager and Product and Marketing Specialist. Sarah began her professional career at ePredix in client delivery from 2002 to 2003. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Bethel University, earned in 2002.
