Edith Silva

Edith Silva serves as the Director of Operations at SPS since May 2020, bringing extensive experience from a 16-year tenure at DATAMARK, Inc., where positions progressed from Scanner Operator to Sr. Business Unit Leader. At DATAMARK, Edith demonstrated expertise in maintaining strong customer relationships, managing project finances, and enforcing company policies. Notable achievements include leading Six Sigma projects and consistently achieving high-quality metrics, along with responsibilities in quality management and employee performance monitoring. Edith holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and has a foundational education from El Paso Community College.
