Pia Ledermann

Pia Ledermann currently serves as the Team Lead for Service Management Named Accounts and Team Lead for Healthcare BDM at SPS since July 2019, focusing on process optimization and service management within agreed Service Level Agreements. Prior roles include Associate Consultant at PwC from December 2016 to June 2019 and HR Recruiting student assistant at Siemens from October 2015 to November 2016. Pia Ledermann also has experience as a working student at DAK-Gesundheit, where responsibilities included handling reimbursement requests and customer service from 2008 to 2015. Pia Ledermann holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, completed in March 2016.
