Litian Liu

Litian Liu is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Engineering at SPT Microtechnologies USA, Inc. since January 2020, where SPT specializes in oxidation, diffusion, LPCVD, and APCVD technologies for various applications in the semiconductor and electronics industries. Prior to this role, Litian held the position of Engineering Manager at First Solar from August 2009 to January 2020 and worked at Novellus Systems in multiple roles, including Staff Mechanical Engineer and Senior Mechanical Engineer, from April 2007 to August 2009 and July 1997 to March 2007, respectively. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Varian from July 1996 to July 1997 and as Director at the Research Center of Instruments, Chinese Academy of Sciences from March 1993 to June 1995. Litian Liu holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University (CN).
