Michael's earlier experience includes roles as a Contracts Administrator at Serco - North America, where participation in solicitation reviews and proposal development occurred, and as an Import/Export Traffic Agent at Evergreen America, managing vessel services and documentation. Michael began a career in consulting as a Field Consultant at 7-Eleven, focusing on budget development and sales forecasting. Michael holds an MBA in Maritime, Ports, and Logistics Management from Strome College of Business and a B.S. in Sociology from Saint Joseph's University.
