Joaci Cao

Joaci Cao has significant experience in supply chain management and procurement, currently serving as a Senior Project Buyer at SPTS Technologies Ltd, a KLA Company, since October 2021. Prior roles include Project Buyer at Panasonic UK, where Joaci led negotiations and achieved cost reduction targets while ensuring continuous material supply, and Supply Chain Planner at Escentual.com, focusing on operational improvements and new product introductions. Earlier experience includes serving as Supply Chain Production Leader at Decathlon International, where a supplier management plan was established, and as Department Manager at Decathlon China, leading and training retail staff to meet sales targets. Joaci holds a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Cardiff University, completed in 2014.
