Ondela Mlandu

Ondela Mlandu is an accomplished corporate communications professional currently serving as Group Corporate Communications Manager at Spur Corporation since January 2023, after a tenure as Corporate Communications Officer. Additionally, Ondela is a Community Champion for the Global Shapers Community in Southern Africa, supporting local hubs in project development and governance. As the Communications and Partnerships Lead for SHAPE Africa 2024, Ondela developed strategic communication plans and engaged partners aligned with the event's mission. Ondela founded Authoric Communications, focusing on empowering solopreneurs and women in business, while also holding previous roles in marketing communications, journalism, and media. Ondela has received education from institutions such as the University of Cape Town and the University of Iowa.
