Ryan Gikas has a diverse range of work experience. Ryan currently serves as the Director of Culture at Spur Design starting from March 2023. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder & Executive Director of Verses since January 2010. Ryan also owned La Sombra Farm & Culture Co. from January 2021 onwards. Previously, they held the role of Director of Liturgy and Leadership at Frontline Church from October 2018 to March 2023. Ryan also co-owned Buffalo Creative Inc. from January 2009 to January 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Pastor of Music & Arts at Bridgeway Church from July 2013 to October 2018, and co-owned Urban Organics from July 2007 to July 2018. Ryan served as the Worship Director at OUR LORDS COMMUNITY CHURCH from July 2010 to July 2013, and as the Worship Art Pastor at Harvest Church from January 2004 to July 2007.

Established in 2008, Spur Design has expanded to provide Architecture, MEP Engineering, Interior Design, Cost Estimating, and Construction Administration services with in-house staff, while routinely adding carefully selected sub-consultants to complete the fully capable A/E Design Team. Our success has been our client focused approach to each and every project - we have direct principal involvement on every project and task order, regardless of size. We believe our purpose is to provide problem solving services to our clients. Because of this, we have become the “go-to” contract holder for our VA IDIQ contract clients. Spur Design specializes in healthcare design and has worked with a large number of federal clients on projects of all types and sizes. We also hold multiple IDIQ contracts and to-date task orders. Spur Design is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business as verified through the Department of Veteran Affairs Center for Veteran Enterprise.
