Spur is a leadership coaching business. We focus on working with small-to-midsize companies with frontline employees making less than $30/hr. In working with such companies, our aim is to combat many common problems we see in the workforce today, such as poor reliability, lack of accountability, sub-par performance, disengagement, and turnover. We do this by coaching management through relationships and work-related issues. Our goal is to train and develop supervisors and managers into the leaders their frontline employees need them to be so they (management and direct reports) can flourish as employees and people. Our fundamental belief is that by training and developing supervisors, organizations and businesses will, and do, see improvements in their engagement, performance, customer satisfaction, bottom line, and impact. We are here to help in that process.
