Basma Mushtaq

Basma Mushtaq is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. Currently serving as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at SpurSol since February 2021, Basma is involved in creating job descriptions, screening candidates, and conducting interviews for a US-based SaaS company. Prior to this role, Basma worked at HR Ways as an Executive, focusing on HR processes and technical recruitment, and began a career in HR with an internship that emphasized tech screening. Basma holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Iqra University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same institution, along with earlier education in commerce and computer science.
