Jason Chung

Jason Chung is currently the President at Spur. Jason has an extensive background in financial and investment management, with a focus on alternative investments. Jason Chung has been in the financial industry since 1997, starting as a Vice President at SG Cowen. Jason then Co-Founded Pretium Capital Group in 1999 and was a Board Member at The White Stone Group from 2005 to 2015. In 2005, Jason also became the President of Chung Solutions, Inc. where they provided a wide range of services such as hedge fund manager due diligence, M&A, capital raising, private equity, start-up and growth company adviser. Jason Chung has also been an investor in private companies and alternative investment fund GP's. In 2008, Jason became a Quant/Trader at Tenn Trading where they developed and traded quantitative models in the commodity and base metals markets (LME, CME). Jason left Tenn Trading in 2009 to become a Portfolio Manager at Silver Leaf Capital LLC where they managed a portfolio of TALF eligible asset backed securities. Jason Chung has been with Spur since 2012 and became the President in 2017.

Jason Chung's educational career includes a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Wake Forest University.

Jason Chung reports to Glenn Clayton, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Adam Campbell - Chief Technology Officer, Ellie Johnson - Director of People Operations, and Noel Hillman - CRO.
